Is Zenith Leadership Circle a course?

No. It's a live, ongoing mentorship experience — no syllabus, no modules to complete. It develops how you think, communicate, relate and lead over time, while real life and work are happening.

I already have 15, 20 or 25 years of experience. Is this relevant to me?

Yes — that's exactly the profile it was built for. The Circle is most relevant when professional responsibility has grown but access to candid, thoughtful guidance hasn't grown with it.

How can live group mentorship help with my specific situation?

The Circle isn't private one-to-one coaching. It's live mentorship built around the patterns and situations capable professionals commonly face. You gain perspective through Gurleen's guidance, your own reflection, and the lived experience of others.

Can I pay in INR?
